Grandstream Certified Specialist (GCS)
Intended for those who attend a basic certification training in any product category. Attendees will learn essential technical basics for Grandstream devices.
This basic-level certification is meant to provide high-level knowledge of our products.
Expires after 1 year.
Grandstream Certified Professional (GCP)
Intended for those who attend advanced certification training in any product category. This training is more intensive, covering Grandstream device configuration and management.
This advanced-level covers installations, settings and deployments using our products.
Expires after 2 years.
Grandstream Certified Expert (GCE)
Intended for those who attend an expert-level certification training in any product category. This is an extensive training with hands-on lab activity, configuration and testing.
This expert-level covers troubleshooting, complex installations with our products, and third-party application integrations via API for CRM, call centre, PMS, and CTI solutions.

To be eligible for a GCP or GCE training the individual must first pass the exam for the certification level prior. For example, those interested in attending a GCP training on Grandstream UC Solutions must first attend and pass the exam for the GCS training on UC Solutions.
