We are excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement for Atlas Gentech (NZ) Limited, Central Security Distribution Pty Ltd and Inner Range Pty Ltd to be acquired by Anixter Inc. The agreement is expected to close before the end of June 2018. Anixter is a global leader in distribution and is a listed Fortune 500 company with 2017 revenue of $7.9 billion USD.
For you, our valued partners, it remains business as usual. You will not be required to open a new trading account as the company Atlas Gentech (NZ) Ltd will continue to operate, with the only change relating to the ownership of the company. Myself and the entire team will continue working for Atlas Gentech and we look forward to working with you to further strengthen our deep long-term relationship. What’s exciting is this acquisition will likely bring additional opportunities and we look forward to sharing these with you over the coming months.
