Operator

PhoneLink’s Operator Console is a separate client application within the PhoneLink product suite for Operator call control. It is designed to enabled fast and effective distribution of calls from a single point. It allows calls to the Operator handset to be answered in any order, as well as other extensions to be both monitored, controlled and handled efficiantly. There are two Operator Console packages: ‘PhoneLink Operator Standalone’ for a single Operator on a single site and ‘PhoneLink Operator’ for one or more operators at a single site or across multiple sites utilising federation.

 

Active Directory:

Synchronizes Active Directory users with PhonelInk users.

MS Exchange Calendar Integration:

Updates PhoneLink user availability directly from MS Exchange Server.  Local PC does not need to be switched on or logged in.
