For many years, XProtect Express and XProtect Professional have provided thousands of customers with easy-to-use video surveillance software. Now, Milestone is taking innovation to the next level with an increased focus on XProtect Express+ and Professional+. This means that by June 2024, XProtect Express and XProtect Professional will no longer be part of Milestone's video management software portfolio. To assist with helping customers move to the C-code products, Milestone has an upgrade offer for our customers to switch to Express+ and Professional+. For a limited time, customers with existing Care Plus Milestone will offer a free upgrade to the corresponding C-code product:
Don’t worry we aren’t forgetting about those without active Care Plus. Until December 31st, customers can purchase two years of Care Plus on the C-code product and receive a complimentary upgrade. No 3 year Opt-Ins, and no trade ins required. Simply pay for Care Plus on the new Plus product and we move you over to the new version.
